Reception Menus

 

Dinner receptions are included in our Hibiscus and Sugar Mill Wedding packages, you may choose either plated or buffet style dinner for your guests. Our Bougainvillea Wedding package includes a three-course wedding dinner, your guests may choose their entrée from the menu. The Elope Wedding package does not include dinner. Our cakes are included with all wedding and elope packages.

 
 


Private Dinner Menus

You also have the option to reserve a private dinner in our historic Sugar Mill or Beachfront Cabana (based on availability). Or you may make a dinner reservation at The Terrace or The Mermaid restaurant through your Wedding Coordinator.

 


Rehearsal Dinners / Welcome Parties

 

Rehearsal dinners or welcome parties are available at our beachfront restaurants The Mermaid and Beauregard’s on the Beach, as well as our historic Sugar Mill or private Brass Parrot room. The Mermaid and Beauregard’s offer a private beach BBQ. The historic Sugar Mill offers dinners for up to 14 guests and the Brass Parrot room can accommodate up to 80 guests.


Plated or Buffet Dinners

You have the option of a plated dinner, or a buffet dinner. If you choose plated, your place cards should include each guests’ entrée selection. We recommend using a color-coded system or stickers on place cards to designate the guest's entree selection. For example:

1.) Joe Smith- Father of the bride (Mahi)
2.) Jane Smith- Mother of the bride (Filet)
3.) Ashley Palmer- Maid of Honor (Chicken) – NUT ALLERGY

*We recommend sending entrée selections to your Wedding Coordinator four weeks in advance.
